We got together with the man behind the vision for Easterfest, Isaac Moody and found out more about what’s install for Australia’s premiere Christian Music event. INTERVIEW WITH ISAAC MOODY1) Whose your favourite artist performing @ Easterfest and why? 2) What are you excited about for this year's Easterfest and can you also tell us about Easterfest City which is a new initiative for this year? 3) Easterfest was only started in 2000 and is now Australia's largest Christian music festival - what is your role in the event and what does that involve? 4) Easterfest used to be called AGMF (Australian Gospel Music Festival) - what was the reason for the change, and have you achieved what you wanted to with the change? 5) In addition to Easterfest you are also involved in another influential Christian music body called GMA ANZ which was setup a few short years ago. Thirdmile.com was at the last GMA ANZ conference in 2009 and it's amazing what the team involved have started. One of the topics you brought up at the conference was in regards to the term "Christian music". What are your thoughts on the term now and do you think music produced by Christians should be given a genre called "Christian music"? 6) What is your most memorable moment at Easterfest? Well its been great chatting about “Christians in Music” and Easterfest. Now we have some short questions to find out a little bit more about you.
