"One of my favourite Scriptures, that helps me keep Kingdom perspective, is when Jesus says to his disciples, 'You did not choose me, but I chose you and appointed you so that you might go and bear fruit – fruit that will last – and so that whatever you ask in my name the Father will give you.'(John 15:16)

We often focus on the 'whatever you ask in my name' part; or even the part about us being chosen, but we forget the important part in the middle! The fruit-bearing part! Not just any old fruit, fruit that will last.
